Poor sleep is a far-reaching problem, affecting as many as one in three people. Dr. Daniel Barone, a neurologist and sleep medicine expert at the Center for Sleep Medicine at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center and an assistant professor of neurology at Weill Cornell Medicine, wants people to get the rest they need.
